We will only send marketing emails to individuals where we have a lawful basis to do so, and where PECR requires consent, we will seek that consent. 

 

To improve our website, user experience and communications

Lawful basis: consent for non-essential cookies where required; legitimate interests for limited essential site administration; and any further use in line with applicable PECR and UK GDPR requirements. 

 

To keep records, prevent misuse, and protect the website and business

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or platforms, including social media. If you follow those links, their own privacy policies and terms will apply. Your site currently links to LinkedIn and Instagram.

Depending on the circumstances, our lawful basis may be consent, legitimate interests, or both. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time, although this may not affect uses already made before withdrawal where that use was lawful at the time.
